Susan Mpangile


Susan is an associate at the Firm and her practice focuses mainly on commercial and corporate law advisory, banking and finance, capital markets, and employment. She has acted for parties on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions including antitrust/competition issues as well as undertaking detailed due diligence on various transactions.

Susan undertakes all types of commercial work, including reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and leases, advising on perfection and enforcement of securities as well as providing advice on regulated sectors such as telecoms and financial institutions.

Susan is an advocate in Tanzania. She holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Hertfordshire, England.

Susan is a member in the following professional bodies:

  • Tanganyika Law Society;
  • East African Law Society; and
  • Tanzania Women Lawyers Association.
