Aisaa is an Associate at the firm having joined as an intern upon completing his Post Graduate Diploma on Legal Practical Training from the Law School of Tanzania. His practice focuses mainly on commercial and corporate law advisory and includes corporate law, property law, international trade, natural resources investment, labour law, legal succession and inheritance. He has acted for parties on commercial contracts, commercial transactions and company compliance internally and with regulatory bodies, succession and inheritance law as well as other civil matters pertaining to contracts.

Aisaa undertakes all types of commercial work, including reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and leases, undertaking due diligence on transactions as well as providing advice on compliance matter such as the companies registry and hospitality sectors.

Aisaa holds an integrated Bachelor of Arts in Laws (B.A. LL.B) from the University of Osmania – Hyderabad, India and has done his Post Graduate Diploma on Legal Practical Training at the Law School of Tanzania.
